Dixie's Barbecue

A Pink Pig Barbecue Grill decorates the entrance at Dixie's

 Newbies at Sierra are subjected to a frightening hazing ritual in which they must "Meet the Man" at Dixies Barbecue.  Dixie's was originally an auto repair garage.  When the owner began selling barbecue on the side, the demand became so great that the garage was closed and the restaurant  flourished.  Dixie's victims must try his special hot sauce.  Just thinking about it makes me sweat!  A tiny bit on a toothpic is all most people can take.  Those with an immunity can handle a spoonful or two if they don't mind suffering.

Whatcha gonna have boy?  Hurry up now!
